Deep West Pride Without Prejudice – Market Stall Holder Call Out

From Wyndham City Council we present the following information:  Saturday 3 February 2018 (4pm to 9pm)
Kelly Park, 2b Synnot St, Werribee

“What do big bogan ballads, beefy bears & Gypsy dance tunes have in common? Absolutely everything at Park Lounge! Yes, we’re back for a hot, queer & deliciously gorgeous rendezvous in the lush surrounds of Kelly Park. Featuring the fabulous Constantina Bush, super swampy This Way North, virtuosic Vardos & The Fondue Set simply dripping with 70’s showstoppers. So join us & the truly ravishing Retro Girls, as we embrace all diversity & party with pride!

We are looking for an engaging selection of market stalls for Park Lounge, a GoWest Midsumma festival event.

We are interested in businesses, organisations, not for profit groups, arts and craft providers, collectives, and/ or social entrepreneurs that have an interest in engaging and supporting LGBTIQ communities.

Park Lounge attracts an audience diverse in age, interest, ability, culture, and identity. We are most interested in market stalls that will attract people to Park Lounge and engage them on the day.

The fine print:

• Arrival at event site, Kelly Park Werribee no later than 3.00pm, with your stall set up and ready by 4.00pm.
• Stay for the duration of the event: 4.00pm – 9.00pm.
• Pack up is from 9.00pm – 10.00pm.

We will provide the following:

• 1 marquee 3metres x 3 metres.
• Assistance on event day.
• Access to promotional material and a social media package.
• An excellent event with a wonderful atmosphere”
